Refunds and Exchanges

We offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in original condition and unused, with all original attachments, labels and tags intact otherwise it cannot be returned. We do not offer an exchange or refund on any used items. 

Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer when an exchange has been requested, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Damages and Issues

At Noah & Darling, we are passionate about our customers and take pride in the quality of our products. For this reason, we have adopted a strict quality control process to ensure we are confident in the items being dispatched.  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Please provide a description of the fault, along with pictures via email to info@noahanddarling.com and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours to reach a satisfactory resolution and assist with your returns process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
