PROCESSING
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address and another email will be sent with the tracking number once the order is processed.
Allow up to 1-3 business days for processing of your order prior to dispatch. All orders received after 12pm AEST on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. While purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day.
If you did not receive an order confirmation or tracking estimate email, please email us at info@noahanddarling.com. Please note that emails can be hiding in your junk or spam folder!
SHIPPING COSTS & ESTIMATES
We currently only ship our products within Australia, but we will be offering international shipping very soon!
To ensure you receive your Noah & Darling products as quickly as possible, we have partnered with Sendle to offer fast delivery across Australia. If your order meets our free shipping criteria, you’ll be automatically offered free shipping.

Orders placed on weekends will be typically dispatched and delivered between Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. The driver will leave your package in a safe place. If they can’t deliver your order on the first try, they will leave a card to organise a redelivery or they’ll take it somewhere nearby (such as a local newsagency or service station) for you to collect (refer to the Sendle website for information on Collection points and POPStations).
Please Note: Sendle won't deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Please note that occasionally, we may use alternative carriers (e.g. Australia Post) for shipping orders to remote or regional areas.
In keeping with our values, we use 100% compostable satchels and recycled mailers to help protect the environment.
